Ann Smith is co-founder of Circle Connections www.circleconnections.com and Co-Convener of Ways Women Lead www.wayswomenlead.net She has worked around the world with such organizations as: the United Nations; Executive Director for Women in Mission and Ministry, Episcopal Church USA; Executive Direcotr of Global Education Associates.She has founded Women’s Work, a non-profit serving women on welfare. Currently she is working on indigenous women’s leadership programs.

She lives in Florida with her husband, Whitney. There she is co-chair of Interfaith Action serving the Coalition of Immokalee Farmworkers (CIW), regional coordinator for Gather the Women, and hosts Magnificence of Circle retreats and workshops.
